Tam Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Tam Food Industry and Trade Co. Inc.) has been founded and established in 1980 in Eskişehir Industrial Estate, with the Partnership of Oyak and İslâm Kalkınma Bankası under the leadership and management control of Eti Gıda A.Ş. The Company commenced to production in the year 1981 with three biscuit production plants and one Stick Cracker production plant.

In the years to follow its foundation, Tam Gıda has continued to implement its investments.

In 1982 a cake production plant has been commissioned, and in the following years various other types of biscuit and stick cracker production plants has been commissioned: one in 1989, two more in 1992, one more in 1997 and one final plant in the year 2000. At the end of the year 2000, the total number of the production plants has reached 10. In the years to come, the Company will continue to make investments for capacity increase, as well as for the production of special and original products.

Any and all sorts of stick crackers and sliced cakes (mini-cakes) marketed under the brand of Eti are produced at Cicibebe and Burçak Tam Gıda Plants, which are very well known by Turkish consumers.

Tam Gıda currently applies ISO 9002 Quality Security System and, as in the case of all other production plants of Eti, places hygiene and sanitation to the fore ground in all of its production activities ; the Company's final target is to attain the stage of Total Quality.

The marketing activities of "Eti" branded products produced by Tam Gıda under the production license of Eti Gıda are carried out by and through Eti Pazarlama ve Sanayi A.Ş., a company of Eti Group.
