| 1980 |
While Eti Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. has continued its production
at its oldest plant, Tam Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. was
established on 6 February 1980, and cake production was also
started in addition to biscuits.

| 1981 |
Tam Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. began its operation on 12
January 1981 with production of "ETİ Petit Beurre"
(teatime
biscuits). And in a month's time, production of "ETİ
Çubuk Kraker" (pretzel sticks) began and it was launched
to the
markets.
Eti Pazarlama ve Sanayi A.Ş. was established on 1st of May
1981, with the head Office in Eskişehir, for performing sales
and
marketing activities for the products produced by Eti Gıda
Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Tam Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
within the framework of the devilment of marketing concept.
Production of "ETİ Cicibebe", one of the most vital
products of Eti intended for baby nourishment,
began on 9 September 1981.

| 1982 |
Production of the "Üzümlü Dilim Kek" (sliced plum-cake)
began for the very first time in Turkey on 1st of March 1982
in
Tam Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.'s cake production plant and
was launched to the markets. Later on, the product range
was widened with "Dilim and Baton Paykek" (sliced
cakes) with Cocoa, Mosaic, Fruit, Apricot, Coconut and Lemon
assortments. |

| 1983 |
For the first time in Turkey, production of industrial-type
cocoa & raisin individual cakes ("Dilimkek") began
in Tam Gıda
facilities
and it was launched to the markets. |

| 1990 |
Cake production line was set up in the Bozüyük facilities
of Eti Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. production of cup cakes
"Eti
Topkek", including varieties with cocoa and fruit, began
and the product was launched to the markets.

"Production of ETİ Negro" and "ETİ Form Biscuit"
was started and launched to the markets.

| 1995 |
Eti was known to be the first Turkish Company that has trained
its personnel in the areas of product
arrangement and display. |

|
| 1996 |
Adopting itself to the recent developments in the sector and
markets, Eti Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. has established a
new state-of-the-art plant in Eskişehir Organized Industrial
Area and started its production in the new plant.
In December 1996, Eti Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. received
its first ISO-9002 Quality System Certificate in biscuit sector.

| 1997 |
Eti Pazarlama ve Sanayi A.Ş., committing itself to ensure
'presentation of the right product with the right price at
the right
time and in right place to the consumers in line with their
demands and preferences', moved to Istanbul
on 1st January 1997.
Wholesale Dealership System was replaced with Distributorship
System in sales and distribution operations.

In June 1997, Tam Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. received its
ISO-9002 Quality System Certificate.
 
Eti shifted to automation for the first time in September
1997.

Production of the "ETİ Popkek" was started and the
product was launched to the markets.
