Mix milk, semolina and sugar at a medium heat. Cook until it has the consistency of pudding. Put half of the mixture into a round glass dish and arrange one package of ETİ Burçak Sultani Biscuits on top. Pour the remaining pudding on top of the biscuits. Garnish the semolina dessert with raisins and cool for two hours in the refrigerator. Before serving, garnish with cinnamon.
