Soup Seasoned with Eti Lifalif

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup ETİ Lifalif Oatmeal
  • 2 1/4 cups water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • Finely chopped parsley

PREPARATION

Bring the water to a boil and slowly add ETİ Lifalif Oatmeal. Boil the soup for 5-6 minutes and then reduce heat. Beat the egg and lemon and put a few spoons of the mixture into the soup. Slowly add the rest of the lemon and egg to the soup. Stir for 2-3 minutes over low heat without boiling. Sprinkle parsley on top and serve.
