In ETİ Group of Companies, Performance Management System is a system in which corporate and individual targets are managed together. Corporate targets set by the senior management, guide our company into the determination of individual targets. As Human Resources, our aim is to assign the targets from top to bottom in the organizational structure considering the contribution of our employees to the company targets through Performance Management System. It is the basic principle in the determination of the individual targets to put the manager and employee together and to agree on the targets.
With regular reviews during the year, possible risks/disruptions are established and the preventive actions turn to action plans to reach the targets at the end of the year.
Training and development needs of the employees are identified according to the performance evaluation results.
