About ETi Group

Message from the Chairman of the Board

ETi is an institution that, from the day it was founded by my beloved father, Firuz Kanatlı—who named it after the Hittites, one of Anatolia’s greatest civilizations—has embodied the principles of quality and innovation to reach the position it holds today.

Our dear father, Firuz Kanatlı, always prioritized the values of honesty, hard work, and faith while nurturing ETi and all of us. From a single factory building hand-drawn by our father in 1961, ETi has grown into a brand cherished in people’s hearts, with production facilities spanning 430,000 square meters, over 7,500 employees, 190 domestic and international distributors, and exports to 50 countries across five continents.

In this dedicated, labor-intensive journey, creativity and innovation have been our sources of inspiration. ETi has always strived to be a brand of firsts.

From Türkiye’s first baby biscuit to our first fiber-enriched biscuit, from the first industrially packaged cake to the first flavored cracker, throughout this process our consumers’ expectations have guided us. By consistently monitoring changing consumer trends and industry dynamics, we have increased our R&D investments each year—not merely to be a brand that meets expectations, but to be a brand that shapes consumer behavior. Today, our consumers expect not only delicious products from us but also healthy options they can enjoy in every facet of life. With 50 brands and over 700 products, we strive to add flavor to life.

Since our foundation, we have aimed to become a world-renowned brand in our sector while preserving our core values. To achieve this goal, the entire ETi family continues to work across various areas, from branding to production. Awards for production excellence—such as TPM (Total Productive Management)—that our facilities have received, fill us with pride and motivate us to do even better. We understand that success cannot be measured solely by quantitative growth. The consumer research we conduct today, which recognizes ETi as a respected, pioneering, and leading brand in Türkiye, is the best indication that the path to success lies in becoming a brand that lives in the hearts of consumers.

As ETi Companies, we are acutely aware of our responsibilities to society. Over the years, through numerous social responsibility projects—some that we directly undertook and others that we supported—we have strived to fulfill our duties to our country and community. Once we embraced our social responsibility approach as investing in the children who will play a fundamental role in our nation’s bright future, we developed many projects such as “ETi Yellow Bicycle” and “ETi Children’s Theatre,” and in launching these initiatives, we partnered with NGOs to maximize societal benefit. I wholeheartedly believe that through these projects, we have broadened our children’s horizons and invested in our country’s future. One of the most important aspects we value in our social responsibility efforts is sustainability. Knowing that the long-term projects we have undertaken will impact generations, brings us joy. In this context, one of our proudest achievements is the high school we established in 1970 in honor of my dear grandfather, Hacı Ahmet Kanatlı. Today, knowing that the number of young graduates from this school—now operating as an Anatolian High School—who will dedicate themselves to our country’s future increases year by year, is one of our greatest sources of happiness.

At ETi, we have come to where we are today by overcoming challenging times. Every obstacle and difficulty has further motivated us to succeed. By upholding the values passed down to us and cherishing the legacy we received from our founder, Firuz Kanatlı, I believe that, together with all my colleagues involved in ETi’s management, we will take these ideals even further. Knowing that many more generations will savor their warm conversations and joyful moments with an ETi product, we will continue to add small moments of happiness to life.
