In-House Production Technologies & Raw Material Development
One of ETi’s most distinctive strengths is its ability to develop its own technology through ETi Makine. We produce our products entirely with in-house advanced technologies that reflect our expertise. Today, 91% of our machinery is powered by technologies developed locally by ETi Makine.
Research & Development
We operate two R&D centers, including one within ETi Makine. Over 200 R&D specialists contribute to our technology and product development efforts. Recognized as the food industry’s first R&D Center by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, ETi Makine plays a key role in manufacturing innovation and automation development.
TPM
We have applied the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) system in all our factories for over 20 years. With a vision of zero breakdowns, zero defects, and zero workplace accidents, we pursue continuous improvement with full employee involvement. Thanks to TPM, we continually expand our product portfolio and invest in new production lines each year. Thanks to our productivity approach at the Cake Factory in Eskişehir, we became the world’s first bakery and chocolate company to win the highest level TPM award — the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Award — presented by the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM).
