Aslı Demirgil Günhan
Chief Human Resources Officer
Following her Psychology degree at İstanbul University, Aslı Demirgil Günhan completed her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Yıldız Technical University.
With more than 20 years of experience across FMCG, retail, consultancy, and holding company environments, Günhan began her career at Adisa Consulting and continued with managerial roles at Kale Group, CocaCola İçecek, Digiturk A.Ş., and Watsons Türkiye.
After leading organizational development, talent management, and HR transformation initiatives, she served as Group HR Projects & Center of Excellence Manager at Veyseloğlu Group, and later as Human Resources Director at Engin Group.
Günhan joined Eti in January 2025 as Human Resources Director. Following her successful contributions within the company, she was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer in November 2025. In February 2026, Günhan became a Member of the Eti Global Executive Committee, assuming the role of Chief Human Resources Officer.
Aslı Demirgil Günhan is married and the mother of one child.
