Aysun MİRZA
ETi Chief Food Research & Product Development
Aysun Mirza graduated from METU’s Department of Food Engineering and completed her master’s degree in Management and Organization at Anadolu University.
She began her professional career in 1995 as an R&D Engineer at ETi Gıda’s Cracker Factory. Between 1997 and 2010, she held various roles within the R&D Department and served as Product Development Manager for the Cake Category. In 2010, she became Product Development Manager, followed by Product Development Group Manager in 2012.
As of 2022, Mirza took on the roles of Head of Food R&D and Product Development Group and Executive Board Member. In March 2023, she was appointed ETi Chief Food Research & Product Development.
