Burak Berber
Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
A graduate of Marmara University’s Faculty of Business Administration, Burak Berber began his career in 2006 in the Audit Services division at PwC. He subsequently joined PwC’s Transaction Services division, where he advised local and international companies on numerous mergers and acquisitions across various sectors, as well as on strategic projects.
In 2018, Berber joined Petrol Ofisi, where he assumed senior responsibilities in financial transformation, strategic planning, and performance management. He served as CFO of Petrol Ofisi Group and also as a Board Member of Credin, one of the group companies.
With more than 20 years of experience in finance and management, Berber has expertise in corporate finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial and operational transformation, performance management, and capital allocation.
As of June 2026, Burak Berber has been appointed as a member of the ETİ Global Executive Committee and Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
