Mertol Kurtoğlu

Mertol Kurtoğlu graduated in International Relations from Uludağ University. After gaining experience in diverse sectors, he began his career at Eti as Sales Executive.
Following senior leadership roles across Discount Stores, Supermarkets, and Cash & Carry channels, he led a major commercial transformation by establishing the Local Chain Sales organization in 2008.
He later served as Local Chain Sales Director, Sales Development Director for Modern & Traditional Trade, and Sales Group Director between 2017 and 2023.
Kurtoğlu, who was appointed as Eti Türkiye Chief Sales Officer and Member of the Eti Executive Committee in May 2023, assumed responsibility for Europe, MEA & CIS Chief Commercial Officer as a Member of the Eti Global Executive Committee in February 2026.
