Eti Makine

The foundations of Eti Makine date back well before its official establishment in 1978, to 1962, when the first biscuit oven was manufactured under the leadership of our founder, Firuz Kanatlı.

In 1967, Firuz Kanatlı commissioned Türkiye’s first automated production line. Subsequently, in 1978, Etİ Makine was established to meet the machinery and equipment requirements of Eti Group’s food production facilities.

With its core business focused on delivering turnkey biscuit, cracker, cake, and chocolate production lines, Eti Makine possesses fully integrated technological capabilities. The company designs and manufactures, using its own resources, all machinery and equipment required for highly automated production facilities — from dough preparation to palletizing — and holds a leading position in the industry.

Eti Makine serves as the Technology Center of the Eti Group in the field of machinery and equipment.

Approved in 2012 by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology, the Eti Makine R&D Center earned its distinguished place in national industry as the first officially recognized R&D Center in the food sector.

Eti Makine maintains a highly advanced information systems infrastructure supporting a broad portfolio that includes raw material feeding and dosing systems; dough preparation, feeding, and processing machines; tunnel ovens; packaging grouping and feeding machines; tray greasing, washing, unloading and loading systems; cream, sauce and similar depositing systems; multi-tier and spiral cooling tunnels; carton forming and sealing machines; case packing and loading robots; robotic palletizing systems; and vision-based inspection systems.

In executing its projects, Eti Makine effectively utilizes TPM tools through the active participation of all employees.
