Founded in 1978, but rooted in 1962 when Firuz Kanatlı built ETi’s first biscuit oven.

In 1967, ETi pioneered Türkiye’s first automatic production line, later establishing ETi Makine in 1978 to meet internal machinery needs.

Its core business: turnkey biscuit, cake, cracker, and chocolate production lines.

ETi Makine is a fully integrated technology hub, designing and producing all systems in-house.

ETi Makine R&D Center was approved in 2012 by the Ministry of Science & Industry as the first official R&D center in the food industry.

With an advanced information infrastructure, ETi Makine develops everything from camera-controlled machines to robotic palletizers.
