Through the projects we develop to create social benefit, we seek ways to foster happiness, prosperity, and harmony for everyone we touch.

We carry out our operations in line with our corporate DNA of creating sustainable value for all stakeholders, with a focus on enhancing social welfare and fostering inclusion in every initiative. We aim to build an equal and accessible world by promoting inclusivity, equal opportunity, gender equality, and zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, and violence.

Women’s Empowerment Principles

  • We are a signatory of the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), a joint initiative of UN Women and the UN Global Compact.

Unstereotype Alliance

  • We are a member of the Unstereotype Alliance, a UN Women initiative bringing together industry leaders to eliminate harmful stereotypes in advertising.

LEAD Network

  • We are a corporate member of the LEAD Network (Leading Executives Advancing Diversity), a global organization dedicated to increasing the representation of women in the workforce and leadership roles.

30% Club

  • We are part of the 30% Club Türkiye campaign led by Sabancı University, which aims to increase female representation in corporate boards and executive management to at least 30%.
