Human beings experience true happiness not so much during their own struggle to be successful as during their own success.

Throughout my eighty-three years of life, I have given my greatest struggles for Eti and have experienced the indescribable happiness of these struggles for years.

Our successes have given us pride and courage; but they have made us happiest because they have led us to greater works and efforts.

While Eti was still in the dream and thought phase, we believed that everything was for the happiness of people and considered it a sacred duty to serve the Turkish people and the beloved Turkish nation with all our might.

We set out with the belief that we would do biscuit making better than anyone else. We always thought of being different, reaching perfection, dreaming and realizing these dreams; these dreams of ours have never ended. Eti has never forgotten that the world is being rebuilt every day.

For nearly half a century, Eti has provided jobs and sustenance to our nation through the employment power it has generated. With unwavering belief, passion, and enthusiasm for its mission, Eti has pioneered modern biscuit machinery technology in Turkey. It initiated the now-flourishing industrial cake production sector, organized its own research and development activities to meet international standards, and led innovations in new products and automation systems. Most importantly, it has established extensive and effective production, distribution, marketing, and sales networks—and continues to manage and expand them successfully.

Today, Eti is a proud and joyful symbol for a vast family made up of its employees, business partners, and domestic and international consumers. It has become a major brand, a trusted and healthy institution embraced by the great Turkish nation.

With the peace of someone who has fulfilled his duty well throughout his life, I have had the privilege of handing over the management of Eti which is now rapidly advancing on the path to institutionalization to the younger generation. I trust them wholeheartedly and believe that with their dreams, creative ideas, and dedication, they will carry Eti to even brighter days. I wish them all the success.

Today, in the eighty-third year of my life story, I look back, remembering all the beautiful and challenging days, and I thank Almighty God with all my heart for blessing me with this remarkable life.
