Cream of Broccoli Soup with ETİ Fish Shaped Cracker



  • One onion
  • 500 grams broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 cups water
  • 100 ml cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • ETİ Balık Kraker to garnish the soup


Dice the onion and sauté in butter. Cube the broccoli and add to the onion. After the broccoli has sautéed for 5 minutes, add the water and cook until soft. After it is well cooked, blend in a food processor. Mix the cream and milk and slowly add it to the soup. After it cooks 1-2 more minutes, season with salt and black pepper. Put the Creamy Broccoli Soup into bowls, garnish with ETİ Balık Kraker and serve.
