PREPARATION
Dissolve one package of wet yeast and a lump of sugar in one cup of warm water. Thoroughly knead one box of ETİ Lifalif Oatmeal in a wide bowl with the dissolved yeast. Add half a cup of warm water and continue kneading until it becomes a soft dough. Add one tablespoon of salt to the oatmeal dough and continue kneading, adding as much whole wheat flour as the mixture will take. Shape the soft, fermented dough into a loaf. Allow the dough to rise at room temperature for 20 minutes and then cook in a pre-heated oven at 160 degrees Celsius.
